Conrad Murray found guilty of manslaughter

Finally it's all over and Michael Jackson can rest in peace?

After a six-week trial and nine hours of deliberation, the jury reached the unanimous verdict that Dr Conrad Murray is guilty of involuntary manslaughter.

Conray Murray was Michael Jackson's personal physician and was the one who gave the "Thriller" singer a fatal dose of the powerful anesthetic propofol, which was ruled as the main cause of the pop star's June 25, 2009 death. Dr. Conrad Murray had pleaded not guilty.

Gone too soon - Michael Jackson - 2nd anniversary of his death

Yesterday was the second anniversary of Michael Jackson's death. Am listening to Mix FM right now as I'm writing this. The radio station is having a Michael Jackson weekend in his memory playing MJ hits. Quite a treat, I should say, with hits like Thriller, Dangerous, Jam, Come Together, The Girl is Mine, Free Willy, Gone Too Soon (of course), Heal the World, Dirty Diana, Smooth Criminal, Beat It, etc.

Gone too soon
Like a comet
Blazing 'cross the evening sky
Gone too soon

Like a rainbow
Fading in the twinkling of an eye
Gone too soon

Shiny and sparkly
And splendidly bright
Here one day
Gone one night

Like the loss of sunlight
On a cloudy afternoon
Gone too soon

Like a castle
Built upon a sandy beach
Gone too soon

Like a perfect flower
That is just beyond your reach
Gone too soon

Born to amuse, to inspire, to delight
Here one day
Gone one night

Like a sunset
Dying with the rising of the moon
Gone too soon
Gone too soon
