Excerpt: Dells Mayor Brian Landers said he objected to the signs, not because he doesn't support the right to free speech, but because the city shouldn't have political signs on its public right of ways. It's one thing to be marching on the sidewalk with signs, Landers said, but another to have the signs displayed on what he said was an empty table.
