A mommy at work is all excited about her little girl taking part in a kindergarten class play at an upcoming year-end concert. She said she doesn't have to do anything in preparation, even the kids' costumes are being taken care of by the kindy.

I've often wondered how do schools get the costumes for such events. Do they commission someone to tailor them or buy them off the peg? And the costumes fit so snugly too.
